Preferred Place

Residential Real Estate has taught us that when money is not limiting, people choose to buy a nicely landscaped home up on a hill looking down at water surrounded by trees. Why Does It Matter?

We are a society that is always moving. That creates a lot of stress, in ourselves, our children, workplace, and in our neighborhoods. In turn, that produces higher crime rates, the need for medicating our children, and complete imbalance in our body, contributing to illness and slower recovery time.

There is plenty of evidence supporting the idea that environments that have inspiration from nature help us to elevate some of the stress that we deal with on a day to day basis. What if, with one little contribution of nature to an environment, you could increase productivity, creativity, and satisfaction at work; ease the minds of our children creating an environment that they can thrive in, and give us just a little taste of the peace of mind that we crave. What would that feel like?

•Health- Physical/Mental
•Children’s Attention and Learning
•Satisfaction with surroundings
•Job productivity/creativity/satisfaction
•Neighborliness in cities
•Appreciation of nature
